Strays - People detailed in the census as being born in Shalfleet, but living off the Isle of Wight.
I have set up an experimental search engine for the whole Shalfleet Sources site, I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the results, but hope it will be useful. If you wish to search a particular census include 'census' and the year in the search term.
Note: These pages are my transcriptions of original documents, they are accurate to the best of my ability but I do not take any responsibility for errors.
