Bounded on the east side by the high Road from Chessell Cross to the Horse and Groom, on the west by the Parish of Thorley, on the north by the toll Road leading from the Horse and Groom to Yarmouth Toll Gate, and on the south by the high Road leading from Lee Gates to Chessell Cross comprising Tree Place, Rossiters, Ningwood Farm, Mrs Chessells, Westside of Ningwood Green, Southside of Common, Little Boldnor, Lee House, Little Lee, North side of Wellow and every other unnamed house or habitation within the prescribed boundary.
